Before you go, I remind you of your vicarious liablity in law: that means for you as well as everybody else. No wonder Goldsmith's going as well, Falconer next. The corrupt cartel crumbles.

I had occasion to write to write to you yet again late last year.
That Open Letter brought something that could best be described as a rant from Sale IPCC.
In rebuttal of comments of mine in my letter it was categorically stated by your member of staff, acting on your behalf, that my communications had never been intercepted.
There was no request for evidence or witnesses, just that stated as fact.
The intention being to absolve another member of staff, Ewan McGregor and his PAYOLA and sudden disappearance all as outlined in that letter copied herewith.
Everything else was ignored.
You did not even acknowledge receipt of that letter yourself as you had ignored my earlier letters sent recorded delivery.
Currently, I record here, I can show that other staff members in Sale have conspired with the same people who paid Mr McGregor and will be asking if they, too, had been paid to act as Mr McGregor had done. More of those people later.
Time moves on, the Freemasons manipulating these events do not.
They are still stuck in the dark ages of unintelligence, moral and ethical deficiency, incompetence, cowardice, racism, thuggery and greed.
The bright light shining in those dark ages is the IPCC.
Liars are employed, Ewan McGregor, A Hassan, Oliver Carr and Douglas Cleaver at least from Sale and London IPCC offices respectively.

And a JONATHAN LOWE, all documented liars and common criminals e.g. commit public order offences, PAYOLA, Interception of Communications, Assist Offenders and Obstruct Justice, all presumably within the Essential Criteria on job application forms for Greater Manchester Police.
The Chief Constable, Mike Todd, knows and does nothing. Failure in Duty across the force.
Internal Affairs appears to be a substitute for Professional Standards Departments as other forces have.
At least Mike Todd does not con the public the way other forces do. He knows GMP are unprofessional with no standards and that corruption will be kept internal. Hence Internal Affairs, never more aptly named.

2. Leeds police, Holbeck Station, West Yorkshire.
DS DAVE LINDLEY, D CARR and what is laughingly described as Professional Standards.
Officers common criminals as for GMP above, and nothing more than monkeys on the organ being ground by Lancashire police.
Leeds police had a Lancashire officer sent over to impersonate a non-existent detective constable with the sole intention of taking evidence from me and offer a threat of ‘sudden death’ to ‘a close relative’. Presumably one of my children.
The IPCC knew of that impersonation but eventually did nothing.
The IPCC initially agreed that the impersonator was a bully and a thug as well as a liar and ordered Leeds to identify that person. Leeds, West Yorkshire Professional Standards ignored the IPCC without sanction.
Mr A Hassan of Sale IPCC showed himself to have done a deal with West Yorkshire police and then proved himself to be a liar. Except that what I can show now was the A Hassan did not write his last letter to me, Lancashire County Council staff witb Lancashire police wrote his letter for him, he simply signed it. His manager, another smug, sanctimonious, unintelligent public employee unfit for her post knew of that and colluded.

The Lancashire Police Authority was chaired by RUTH HENIG wife of STANLET HENIG, corrupt, discredited Leader of Lancaster Council when I first complained to the IPCC. RUTH HENIG had previously done nothing in her role despite the role of Police Authorities being clearly defined.
Some fine examples of corrupt police known to be such by the IPCC and left to continue being such by the IPCC.
1. JANE WEBB detective. Destroyed 6 pages of evidence naming the perpetrator in a serious case of sexual abuse of a 12 year old girl with learning difficulties and her brother of 13. Her motive was to discredit me and in doing that she perjured herself on March 17th 2003 which perjury was witnessed and declared and why P Russell was paid to alter the record then.
Webb was perjuring herself to cover the perjury of PATRICIA ALLEN manager of social services, LCC who worked with a false CV and offered false qualifications under oath in High Courts Family Divisions. Her motive was to pervert the course of justice for vulnerable clients of LCC. P ALLEN had been a domestic in a children’s home and had no formal qualifications, what she had was sexual relations with senior managers by her own admission.
SD ROBERTSON and ME THORLEY were paid to alter that record of 21st March 2003 and again 17 – 19 Jan 05 and 12th April 05. All related documents still in my possession.
2. PAUL STEPHENSON Chief Constable at the relevant time. Failure to investigate the murder of Sheila Bridge because that murder was the result of the illegal actions taken then by such as IAN FISHER and wider county mandarins in illegal home closures and illegal land seizure. P Stephenson would not investigate his own Freemason associates and he also stood to gain financially from the 134 acre land grabbing. Effectively he would have to investigate himself. STEPHENSON’s MO was to lie his way out of everything. He went on to become deputy to Sir Ian Blair. Then we had the lies put out about Mr Menezies. The MO alive and well and now standard practice.
It has to be said that Sir Ian Blair felt the need to tape his conversations with the IPCC because he thought they were liars. I have the cogent evidence to show he was absolutely right. We have common ground there.

4. The corporate manslaughter of Sheila Bridge resulting from the illegal land seizure etc involved our very own Eva Braun, Mrs Cherie Blair.
5. BILL RALPHSON. On 23rd July 2003 B RALPHSON for Lancashire police visited me at home because of my comments regarding corporate manslaughter which I had then made to IAN FISHER. At that time I did not know how Ralphson could know of the letter I sent to Fisher. Fisher’s relationship with Lancashire police is a well-kept secret for obvious reasons. It was autumn 2004 before I established the links which have been denied despite cogent evidence (which I agree LCC did not know I had until they committed themselves in writing again.)
6. Witness intimidation, harassment proven via car numbers, photographs, CCTV film footage and mostly the ‘men’ involved were off duty police from the forces as listed above.
Sale office knows of Ralphson’s visit to me. On his visit he planted a listening device in my study.
Apparently that device planted itself and we can only presume that the ‘men’ sitting outside my house at all hours over the last years were simply picnicking.
According to the liars in the IPCC, photographs, film footage, witnesses somehow manufacture themselves. I discovered the device much later.
Lancashire police have traditionally been heavily involved in Northern Ireland and the recent report of corruption there was a true reflection of findings of fact based on evidence.
‘FACT’ and ‘EVIDENCE’ are not words in the dictionary of the IPCC.
The IPCC appears to think that Aldous Huxley was incorrect when he wrote, “Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored”.
Take heed, Mr Hardwick, employing the dimwitted and dishonest such as those in Sale as named in such a cover-up of FRAUD, CORPORATE MANSLAUGHTER, PAYOLA etc is that as soon as one hole is plugged, another gapes open.
Is PAYOLA funded by the tax-payer or do the Freemasons fund it?

The police swear an oath of allegiance to the public (as per the Police Reform Act 2002) not to each other but, as is recorded, one former officer from Lancaster tells of officers swearing oaths of allegiance to each other over and above the public.
The IPCC knows of that (Sale office) and does nothing.
The IPCC flatter themselves: “Our decision is final”. It is not. The general public are generally more intelligent and better educated than your staff and will continue to challenge IPCC corruption and police corruption, without hindrance it must be added because we live in a democracy.
This is a democracy whether you and your consorts like it or not.
It is not sufficient to dismiss duplicity, inefficiency, unintelligence, collusion and incompetence which is all the general public expect from those in such jobs as offered by the IPCC for parasites on society.
The people as named are power crazed and enjoy the pat on the back awarded in exchange for corrupt favours, and the rest.

To close allow me a small consideration.
I record here a fine example, additional to those as above of Lancashire police and LCC staff members per se.
LCC staff via an uncertified ‘bailiff’ GEOFFREY CUNNINGHAM and Freemasons to pervert the course of justice offer witness intimidation, racism, vandalism, interception of communications, aggravated trespass and such like.
The links with Falconer’s corrupt courts and Freemasonry-style working become apparent yet again.
On January 21st 2006 about 5.15 pm I was talking to a friend, Tina Pazzano, on my landline phone. I was unaware that my phone was being listened to because LCC had assistance by then and their facilities were more sophisticated than their earlier, own pathetic attempts tapping my phone had been.
Tina was known to LCC, they paid her a settlement after bullying her from her post for supporting me.
A short time later another friend arrived unexpectedly, Daisy Mae Morrison. I told Tina that daisy Mae had arrived (we were all friends) and to hang on so they could say ‘hello’. I let Daisy Mae in and we both spoke to Tine before ringing off. Before ringing off Tina was told that I was to go into town later to photocopy some papers for the appeal then in the EAT (PA/0207/05/MAA).
Daisy Mae and I sat talking, after about 20 minutes there was a loud bang, we did not go to investigate.
It is a dark, unlit lane here and ends in allotments. It is not a through road so there is no passing traffic.
There are only another 4 houses; it is extremely quiet (which is how the stalkers and harassers have been identified and photographed so easily over the years.)
Daisy Mae left about 6.30 and shortly after I left to walk into town to a corner shop for the photocopying.
On leaving my driveway I noticed a deal of broken glass glinting in the dark and wondered if it had been where Daisy Mae’s car had been parked.
I continued into town and was busy copying in the rear of the small shop when a thug approached me to let me know ‘they’ were waiting for me outside. He went to join them.
I enlisted the manager’s help and he let me leave by the service door at the rear. The yard area could be seen from the roadway where the thugs were waiting for me.One was CUNNINGHAM, uncertified ‘bailiff’ for Lancaster County Court and Lancashire County Council. I could not leave the yard by the gate leading onto the road.
My only escape was by scaling the walls of adjoining properties and crossing yard and garden areas (hoping I wasn’t going to be arrested as a potential burglar!) until I was far enough away from the roadway to drop down into the alley and reach home via fields.
I rang Daisy Mae as soon as I got home and asked if her car was OK. It was not. When she drove on a straight run after leaving town she discovered that the car would not steer properly. It was not safe for the motorway.
The AA ferried her home and on Sunday morning in the light of day extensive damage could be seen. Her car had been rammed by another with bull bars. It was a right off. It was one month old.
Cunningham had such a car. Daisy Mae received a note and then a phone call from one paid by LCC saying he had rammed her car. And tough luck.
The police did nothing. It was an associate of theirs with Cunningham. There would be no insurance paid out.
There wasn’t.
LCC had listened to the phone call between me, Daisy Mae and Tina and had sent Cunningham and others round to deliberately ram her car leaving their own undamaged. It was obviously her car, there are no others parked on the roadway here.
This was undoubtedly aggravated by racism.
Daisy Mae Morrison is black and had also been bullied to a breakdown by LCC personnel, David Fairclough, Patricia Allen, Gillian Armstrong, Tony Bradshaw, Victor Welch, Ian Young and Ian Fisher et al
That witness intimidation could then be seen to have had a practice run.
Again as arranged on the phone Daisy Mae was to visit me on 21 December 2005. That was when her car was new. She drove over to spend the day here and left her car outside my house. On out return from town at tea time racist slogans had been painted all over her car.
The common denominator then was the locality again, another known Freemason, ASPDEN associate of CUNNINGHAM and LCC generally with Lancashire police.
Aspden was involved in the writing off of Daisy Mae’s car on 21 Jan 06.
The police did nothing about that vandalism and racism.

When Charles Clarke learned of the interception of my communications he instructed an investigation by the Investigatory Powers Tribunal (IPT). (Ref also Open letter to John Reid 30 Jan 07).
The corruption there is recorded; the IPT members were all judges and some were looking at evidence of their own corruption in the file I had sent.
Falconer put a stop to that investigation.

Lancashire police have traditionally been heavily involved in Northern Ireland and the recent report of corruption there was a true reflection of findings of fact based on evidence.
‘FACT’ and ‘EVIDENCE’ are not words in the dictionary of the IPCC.
The IPCC appears to think that Aldous Huxley was incorrect when he wrote, “Facts do not cease to exist because they are ignored”.
Take heed, Mr Hardwick, employing the dimwitted and dishonest such as those in Sale as named in such a cover-up of FRAUD, CORPORATE MANSLAUGHTER, PAYOLA etc is that as soon as one hole is plugged, another gapes open.
Is PAYOLA funded by the tax-payer or do the Freemasons fund it?

The police swear an oath of allegiance to the public (as per the Police Reform Act 2002) not to each other but, as is recorded, one former officer from Lancaster tells of officers swearing oaths of allegiance to each other over and above the public.
The IPCC knows of that (Sale office) and does nothing.
The IPCC flatter themselves: “Our decision is final”. It is not. The general public are generally more intelligent and better educated than your staff and will continue to challenge IPCC corruption and police corruption, without hindrance it must be added because we live in a democracy.
This is a democracy whether you and your consorts like it or not.
It is not sufficient to dismiss duplicity, inefficiency, unintelligence, collusion and incompetence which is all the general public expect from those in such jobs as offered by the IPCC for parasites on society.
The people as named are power crazed and enjoy the pat on the back awarded in exchange for corrupt favours, and the rest.

To close allow me a small consideration.
I record here a fine example, additional to those as above of Lancashire police and LCC staff members per se.
LCC staff via an uncertified ‘bailiff’ GEOFFREY CUNNINGHAM and Freemasons to pervert the course of justice offer witness intimidation, racism, vandalism, interception of communications, aggravated trespass and such like.
The links with Falconer’s corrupt courts and Freemasonry-style working become apparent yet again.
On January 21st 2006 about 5.15 pm I was talking to a friend, Tina Pazzano, on my landline phone. I was unaware that my phone was being listened to because LCC had assistance by then and their facilities were more sophisticated than their earlier, own pathetic attempts tapping my phone had been.
Tina was known to LCC, they paid her a settlement after bullying her from her post for supporting me.
A short time later another friend arrived unexpectedly, Daisy Mae Morrison. I told Tina that daisy Mae had arrived (we were all friends) and to hang on so they could say ‘hello’. I let Daisy Mae in and we both spoke to Tine before ringing off. Before ringing off Tina was told that I was to go into town later to photocopy some papers for the appeal then in the EAT (PA/0207/05/MAA).
Daisy Mae and I sat talking, after about 20 minutes there was a loud bang, we did not go to investigate.
It is a dark, unlit lane here and ends in allotments. It is not a through road so there is no passing traffic.
There are only another 4 houses; it is extremely quiet (which is how the stalkers and harassers have been identified and photographed so easily over the years.)
Daisy Mae left about 6.30 and shortly after I left to walk into town to a corner shop for the photocopying.
On leaving my driveway I noticed a deal of broken glass glinting in the dark and wondered if it had been where Daisy Mae’s car had been parked.
I continued into town and was busy copying in the rear of the small shop when a thug approached me to let me know ‘they’ were waiting for me outside. He went to join them.
I enlisted the manager’s help and he let me leave by the service door at the rear. The yard area could be seen from the roadway where the thugs were waiting for me.One was CUNNINGHAM, uncertified ‘bailiff’ for Lancaster County Court and Lancashire County Council. I could not leave the yard by the gate leading onto the road.
My only escape was by scaling the walls of adjoining properties and crossing yard and garden areas (hoping I wasn’t going to be arrested as a potential burglar!) until I was far enough away from the roadway to drop down into the alley and reach home via fields.
I rang Daisy Mae as soon as I got home and asked if her car was OK. It was not. When she drove on a straight run after leaving town she discovered that the car would not steer properly. It was not safe for the motorway.
The AA ferried her home and on Sunday morning in the light of day extensive damage could be seen. Her car had been rammed by another with bull bars. It was a right off. It was one month old.
Cunningham had such a car. Daisy Mae received a note and then a phone call from one paid by LCC saying he had rammed her car. And tough luck.
The police did nothing. It was an associate of theirs with Cunningham. There would be no insurance paid out.
There wasn’t.
LCC had listened to the phone call between me, Daisy Mae and Tina and had sent Cunningham and others round to deliberately ram her car leaving their own undamaged. It was obviously her car, there are no others parked on the roadway here.
This was undoubtedly aggravated by racism.
Daisy Mae Morrison is black and had also been bullied to a breakdown by LCC personnel, David Fairclough, Patricia Allen, Gillian Armstrong, Tony Bradshaw, Victor Welch, Ian Young and Ian Fisher et al
That witness intimidation could then be seen to have had a practice run.
Again as arranged on the phone Daisy Mae was to visit me on 21 December 2005. That was when her car was new. She drove over to spend the day here and left her car outside my house. On out return from town at tea time racist slogans had been painted all over her car.
The common denominator then was the locality again, another known Freemason, ASPDEN associate of CUNNINGHAM and LCC generally with Lancashire police.
Aspden was involved in the writing off of Daisy Mae’s car on 21 Jan 06.
The police did nothing about that vandalism and racism.

When Charles Clarke learned of the interception of my communications he instructed an investigation by the Investigatory Powers Tribunal (IPT). (Ref also Open letter to John Reid 30 Jan 07).
The corruption there is recorded; the IPT members were all judges and some were looking at evidence of their own corruption in the file I had sent.
Falconer put a stop to that investigation.
And now you know Messrs Reid and Hardwick and all those copied here.

I had my appeal in the EAT stayed because the corrupt in there refused to address the serious witness intimidation as had MET chairmen previously. At that time I was forced to abandon my case in the EAT.
Falconer and Human Rights? He’s clueless. He’s also as corrupt and seedy as to be found anywhere in low life.
